SoCs in the EFM32/EFR3 series are based on ARM ARM Cortex-M0+, Cortex-M3, Cortex-M4 and Cortex-M33 CPU cores.

Supported Debug Probes

• The built-in SWD probe of the PLT supports Series 0/1 devices.

• Newer variants (Series 2+) require Segger J-Link and are supported through Segger Commander.
