i.MX RT1xxx series (4-digit)

• An SBC with NXP Secure Provisioning SDK can be used to program i.MX RT1xxx factory images over USB or SWD.

• If NXP’s secure provisioning tooling is not required during production, CMSIS can be used to program i.MX RT1xxx DUTs over SWD.
