i.MX RT5xx/6xx series (3-digit)

• An SBC with NXP Secure Provisioning SDK can be used to program i.MX RT5xx/6xx DUTs over USB or SWD.

• If NXP’s secure provisioning tooling is not required during production, an SBC with Segger J-Link Software can be used to program i.MX RT5xx/6xx DUTs over SWD.
